<p>Thanks, Pizzagirl. I loved them all, as did my D, but Wellesley just has more positives and fewer negatives than the others. Hard to say no to the others, though, and particularly Bryn Mawr.</p>

<p>@pdkof13 Post #2 could have saved you some travel and expense. As a Columbia alum I didn’t want to bash Barnard. I view Barnard as a neither nor. It doesn’t cut it as an LAC, takes the dilettante to general education with its “nine ways of knowledge”, and isn’t Columbia either academically or socially.</p>
<p>rhg3rd, I may have ventured the same guess back then. We didn’t revisit Barnard - my D loves NYC, but Barnard was pretty easy to drop from the list.</p>
