Went to an IB school and didn't even know it...now what?

Hi,
I went to an IB high school in Quebec and never realized that my “Internation Education” program was serious. We were always told during IB exams (scored on a scale from 1 to 7) that they were “worthless” and “didn’t count on our report card”. Now I see everywhere that kids take this program seriously.

Anyways, after paying zero attention to my IB marks I fininished with a total of 37 points. Is this good/crappy? I have really no idea what this means… Should I mention this on my eventual collage apps (im applying to colleges next year)

Thanks.

Mention it on apps, yes. There are a possible 45 points for your diploma (24 required to graduate), so a 37 is good. Some schools also give credit (usually for a score of 6/7 on higher level exams).

For UCs if you score higher than 30 you get some credit, i'm not sure how they work though, still a senior in high school

Oh ok, thanks for the feedback!

37 is a very good score.

at uc's, u save like a whole semster or two
