and how many grid in sections?

i'm trying to determine how possible it is that one of them was experimental

maybe the one that was really, really hard? :(

I dont understand how that math section was SO hard. It's really ****ing me off. I'm the "math guy". I do AMC's AIME's. Multicalc. I crap out 800's on SAT math like nothing. ANd today. I could not get a few math questions. ANd becaues that was so strange and frustrating for me. I just completely bombed the following sections. -_-' Neone else think so? wowww...

is the one you're reffering to the one that had grid ins?

hopefully it was experimental

on all the 10 section PR tests (which this was) there was an experimental math

3, experimental for me was verbal

i think i had 3 math too. that sucks. :(

the experimental writing was probably the one section i did well on

I didn't think the math section was that hard, there were only one or two that I couldn't do. Maybe I just didn't get an experimental one.

if there r two grid-in sections, one of them's gotta be experimental

i only had one tho

me too

did you have the chair?

nah, my math sections weren't in particular hard

thats weird. i had the chair but i'm relatively certain i only had one grid in section.

the chair wasnt experimental- and i thought that section was really hard 2

lol

we are all collegeboard's guinea pigs :)

bluestar - how do you know it wasn't experimental?

how do you know if u have an experiemental?????

if you had 10 sections, then one of them was an experimental.

Its not too hard to figure out experimental. Here we go:

Without the experimental there are:
1 Essay
2 Writing (35min and 10min)
3 Math (25min MC, 25min MC w/ Grid-Ins, and 20min MC)
3 Critical Reading (two 25min and one 20min)

Conditions for Experimental:

Essay: No such thing as an experimental essay.
Writing: Two 35min sections
Math: Two MC/Grid-In sections or Two ONLY MC 25min sections
Critical Reading: 3 25min sections

As far as i know those are the only ways the Experimental can appear. From there its really easy to figure out which part of the test had an experimental on it.

ya.. i had 4 cr's, so one was an experimental.. i hoep it was section 6..

i had four sections of math which completely dominated me..
