When I responded to one of the threads about there being bias in the way we congratulate people, I wanted to write "If you think I got bias wait until you see how I am going to write in big colorful fonts when we hear from Andi" but I did not want to put you on the spot.

However many of us are waiting to hone our big colorful writing skills. Right now it would really be our honor to do this for your family. I believe that good news is coming and we got a few bottles of cyber champagne with your name on it all ready to pop. Ad me to the list of those pulling for your son.

Here's hoping that you're one of the official Swat experts on the board next year!

Thank you I would LOVE to be that. Of course I'd never come close to having the info that interesteddad has---- where does he find all this stuff out anyway????

Thanks again!!!!
Your thoughts have so brightened my state of mind :) :) :)

Positive, optimistic thoughts are winging their way to andi! It will all be good, andi, there is too much positive thinking happening for it to be any other way. Peace, calm, patience, to you......we are with you. Lorelei

I actually came onto the site today hoping to see good news from Andi and came upon this thread. Many good thoughts and wishes beaming to you from the West.

Good luck, Andi! Your son sounds like a truly talented and driven person, and those qualities will stay with him wherever he goes. And as the old cliche goes, "That which doesn't kill you makes you stronger." He'll likely come out of this with a more mature perspective on things than he would have otherwise. A fine intellect, talent, and passion are things your son will possess and use to his full advantage at any school he ends up at. Rooting for a happy ending to this ordeal:)

Andi, you and your son deserve only the best. My D had stats amazingly similar to your son's (although not a NMF), but she had the benefit of playing the harp and the flute and not the piano. I think that was the only thing that made her outcome different from that of your S. You have really handled this whole situation with such aplomb that I have nothing but admiration for you and am waiting for the good news that I am sure will come soon.

Andi: I think of your son a lot, also. Every time I open up CC, I'm wondering and hoping that there will be some thread from you with a big he got in!! title. Here's hoping that comes true and it's very soon!
