My D18 got in and is over the moon! Too bad for her that admit day is same day as Prom, so she will have to visit another time. Congrats to all who got in =D>
Accepted! Two in one day…scary but luckily both worked out! Feels good
rejected
4.15 W 3.59 UW 32 ACT
Accepted! 5.0 WGPA, 1440 SAT
Waitlisted but rejected by Freeman Scholarship
Waitlisted. 34 ACT and 3.9-4.0 UW (school doesn’t give us our GPA on a 4.0 scale so I’m just guessing)
Actually feeling pretty good about being waitlisted since Wes is a great school and it’s a lot better than a rejection!
Rejected. 3.85UW gpa 33ACT
I am so happy to be accepted to such a wonderful school, but I’m an international with ZERO financial aid. Mixed feelings right now.
Accepted! Fin aid still processing but still celebrating
Accepted!!! GPA: 4.36 W 3.87 UW, 1570 SAT

DD accepted. 3.9GPA. Didn’t submit SATs. Shocker, but she loved Wes. First school she really could see herself at.
For anyone reading this in the future, my checklist was always on my portal, and I was accepted. So it didn’t mean anything (unless everybody who it disappeared for was rejected)
Hey guys… is there a wesleyan accepted facebook group?
I can’t vouch for the accepted students site, but, if you google “You Know You Are a Wesleyan Alum If”, you will get the alumni FB page which can be a lot of fun to scroll through.
WesAdmits 2022 is the official FB group for admitted students monitored by Wesleyan AO and students. It’s a Closed Group so you have to request to join. Wesleyan University Class of 2022 is the “Unofficial” group, according to its description so can’t vouch for that. It’s also Closed, and I’m not sure how they determine who they approve to join.
For Parents there is also Wesleyan University Parents although it isn’t particularly active. Seems like a good place for random Wes- and Middletown-related questions.
Waitlisted. International. 1500 sat. straight A transcript
Forgot to post my accepted stats: First gen non-minority/ GPA UW/W 3.8/4.4 (i think?) 1420 superscore (submitted). Also, this may be of interest: I was contacted for financial aid info about 3 days before decisions came out and I got a personal request to send my scores from the Wes admissions office also about 3-5 days from decisions date.
@odannyboySF not to ruin the party but if your D does ultimately decide Wes is the school for her, she will still have to take the SAT and 2 SAT subject tests - http://www.wesleyan.edu/admission/apply/testing.html
@ats234 Students who didn’t submit scores have taken the SAT and/or ACT. After admission, those scores can be submitted.
