Wesleyan rate last year was 22% not 40%

There seems to be alot of confusion about Wesleyan's transfer rate.
The often quoated 40% is actually the rate 2 years ago. Last year's transfer rate was only 22%.
(source: CollegeFinder on collegeboard.com)

I presume that the high quoted rate of 40% is a cause for the large interest in Wesleyan in the transfer community. (It's what caused my initial interest anyways).

The collegeboard numvers are frequently inaccurate.

The admit rate is anywhere from 25%-37%.

^Thanks nspeds. I've seen that page however.
Collegeboard has updated its database with 2006 information it seems (i.e. Columbia college shows 6% instead of the 2005 10%)

I think it is safe to assume that their Wesleyan informatoin is also updated for 2006 that the rate (like most colleges) has gone down.

I just wanted other people to be aware of what to expect. (i.e., I was considering Wesleyan to be a match for me, but now I might consider it a reach)
