West campus housing!

Hello,
i was accepted for spring 2011 and now i am trying to decide which housing would be best.

I am thinking West Campus would be a better fit for me than North Campus but i don't know which building would be best for a sophmore transfer student.

I actually narrowed my choices down to either flora rose house or hans bethe house..
I am sure all the housings are great but i want to becareful because it's my first year and my transition process is ESSENTIAL!

Do all the residents of west campus have access to writing workshops?

Please help me make a firm decision!
Thank you.

it doesn’t really matter. All of west is basically the same. You probably won’t make many friends in your dorm unless you are put in a transfer suite. Don’t select north campus.

west really is pretty much the same. I have lived her a year and a half and I still don’t think there are distinct personalities among the houses at all.
I don’t know what a writing workshop is…if I went to one it would probably not be in a dorm. I know there is walk-in writing help available regularly in part of Mann Library, for example.

I think the Tatkon Center has writing help as well, but that wouldn’t be very convenient if you’re living on West…
