West coast/Southwest received letters yet?

<p>Anyone from this side of the country received letters? I'm guessing they mailed them out based on region. From what i'm seeing those on the east coast and the east in general have received them, we might still have to wait.</p>

<p>The whole east coast hasn’t received letters yet, only some people from states adjacent to Pennsylvania have received them (New York, New Jersey, Ohio, and obviously Pennsylvania). I’d say Monday is when all of the northeast/mid-atlantic/midwest should get them, and then west coast and the southeast will probably have to wait until at least Tuesday.</p>

<p>I wasn’t insinuating that the entire east coast had received it, I was just pointing out that the people who have received them thus far have been on the east coast.
Also, colleges often send out batches of letters based on some criteria (ie. region etc.). Just thought maybe CMU does that too…</p>

<p>SoCal…nothing. Although I got my ND letter today…post office is strange.</p>

<p>I am an international from China, and it shows that my decision letter is posted on Mar. 12th, and it still haven’t reached me - I wonder what happened, did they really put it on slow delivery?</p>

<p>I live in Southern California and I received my acceptance letter in today’s mail.</p>

<p>Norcal, nothing. But w/e its online now. Feel bad about it though. Woulda liked to see the fat package before I saw the little tiny “Accept” notification on the status page. :P</p>

<p>Yup. CMU takes admissions IDs VERY seriously (they will only release them via snail mail) . They might send it in a text if you convince them. However, I can bet you get your decision in the mail faster than you get your ID haha.</p>

<p>wait, I need the ID too, or do I? I mean, will I ever need it again after I’m accepted? I never used it besides the first, because I’ve lost it long ago.</p>
