Hi, I’m currently applying for West Point and I was wondering if there were any knowledgeable people on this site who could tell me if my chances are good or not.

Profile: 3.9 UW GPA top (5%), 2200 old SAT, 2 yrs varsity water polo, president of debate and Model UN, vice president key club, treasurer of NHS and Student Government, boys state attendee, DECA international winner 2x

I know west point admissions are very competitive, so I just want to know how my chances are. Thanks!

Did you attend SLE? It all depends on where you are from. Are you from a competitive area?

Complete the application as soon as it opens in August for a better shot at LOA with your “scholar”: academic stats. Practice for the CFA now. Good luck!

@JL6627 I did attend the SLE. I’m from central Texas (TX congressionsal district 31). Do you know anything about this area’s competitiveness?
