I’m currently a junior in high school, 5’11, 175, good shape, very healthy, white/Native American male, but I only have 1 year of varsity football and have a 3.0 GPA. I’ll have taken 6 AP classes by the time I graduate(with 4s and 5s on my AP exams so far) and I plan to join the National Guard in my senior year. I haven’t taken the ACT yet but I scored a 21 on it in middle school and got a 1120 on my PSAT last year. I wanna know if you think I have a chance to get in. (I’ve also applied for SLE and Summer Seminar, respectively).
Chances are very very low. sorry
very low chances. West Point and USNA are very competitive and all accepted students have stellar GPAs and test scores.
Not unless you are a recruited athlete, and even then you’ll need some help with rec’s and activities and a coach who really wants you. Even with that, it is likely you’d have to go to the prep school for a year (which isn’t bad, and you might prefer that).
Probably not. Very low testing scores and your GPA is below average.Unless your athletic ability is extremely good, I don’t see it happening.
