<p>Just saw the National tour of Mamma Mia and one of the cast has a BFA from Western. Is this an up and coming program?</p>
<p>I’ve heard nothing but good things about it from a theatre colleague whose son just graduated from there. I was sold on it when I found out that THE TERRANCE MANN teaches there :). D is applying there as a bargain option since we live in NC.</p>
<p>We were told that he does not really teach there as a regular teacher. He only comes in to do a workshop now and then and sometimes directs the spring show. You may want to double check but that is what we were told.</p>
<p>mtgirl2013 I have heard the same thing about Terrance directing and not actually teaching classes but doing master classes and workshops. It see alike a nice program. It did not hit our radar until late in the process and at that point my D was trying to shorten her long list so we didn’t investigate any further.</p>
<p>That actually makes sense since he’s actively working on Broadway all the time.</p>
