Hey! I'm looking at colleges, of course, and I think it'd be helpful to have the opinion of some well-informed humans, instead of just looking at numbers and talking to my counselor (he's not much help). I've got strong GPA, test scores, transcript, but are my ECs good enough?

Sorry, is it too long? If so, skim as necessary!

AP Language and Composition

National Honor Society

Organized very successful school supply drive
Tutoring for National Honor Society
Various other projects through Key Club

Misc. Honors and Awards: National Merit Finalist, Degree of Honor member in National Forensics League, Academic Achievement Award, etc.

Hmmm... what else? I'll have fantastic recs, very strong essays, I'm applying for RSI, TASP, Clark Scholars, maybe NIH, so we'll see about those. I'm very likely to go into science, probably followed by med school, but lingering passion for international relations/govt/poli sci, so who knows?

And, the colleges! MIT, Chicago, Wisconsin (where I do my research, in state, legacy), Berkeley(?), Colorado-Boulder, Boston, Portland State(?), where else would be good?
My criteria: >2000 students, near mountains or skiing is BIG plus, strong in science (especially bio), recommendations appreciated!! I'm not opposed to Ivies (though I doubt I'd get in), but I don't want a really cut-throat, competitive environment.

Thanks guys!
I'm happy to do my best at chancing others, its just hard to look at yourself objectively.
