You’re right though, most engineers from top schools and at the tops of their classes go into finance and consulting for the elevators and suits. Imagine their surprise when they end up working on the second floor and that the trading floor is business casual. I guess that would help explain the true cause of the high turnover. Maybe the job isn’t so hard to keep after all.</p>
