Wharton and PPE dual degree

Is it possible to attend Wharton and do a dual degree program in which you graduate in four years with a BS in Economics (from Wharton) and a BA in Philosophy, Politics, Economics (from the College of Arts and Sciences)?

you cant dual major between schools

Yes that is possible, but you might need to take a few summer courses if you don't have enough AP credit and still want to finish in 4 years.

wait, now which one of you is right? Some people have said that you can, while others are saying that you can't double major...

You can't dual major between schools, that is correct.

However, you can do a dual degree between schools. So you'd get a B.S. in Economics (concentration in Finance or whatever) from Wharton, and B.A. in PPE from the College.

Maybe I've got terms confused here. What is the difference between dual degree and double major?

Dual degree is two seperate degrees from two seperate schools within Penn, while double major is one degree with two different majors from one school within Penn.

dual degree generally means more course requirement. in the case of a wharton + sas, you'll need to double count a lot of requirements
