Do you apply to each seperately? I know Wharton is both a graduate school and an undergrad school…so is applying to UPenn and Wharton different?

Yeah, they're completely seperate, not even remotely related. Wharton is an ivy league school teaching undergrad business, where many of the more ambitious students end up becming CEOs and CFOs fresh out of undergrad. UPenn on the other hand is a state school with a good basketball team, and whose admissions is run by clowns with big red noses who utilize ancient circus rituals.

Knightmare, UPenn is not a state school by any means, it's part of the Ivy League. And Wharton is UPenn's business school (that also teaches undergrad), but when you apply to UPenn you choose which school inside the university (college of arts&sciences, Wharton, etc) that you're applying to.
It sounds like you were either being overly sarcastic to the point of idiocy, or you just had your facts wrong.

He's joking around :P Relax :)

Yeah, never mind, it's obvious he was joking...I hate when I'm too obtuse. I need to take a break from AP summer work, it's taking away my sense of humor.

So silmanixe, the application is essentially the same, just select you are applying to Wharton where it asks you. Seriously people, what knightmare is pointing out in a sarcastic manner is important, Wharton IS UPenn. It's not UPenn AND Wharton.

simanixe, why the hell are you asking this. You obviously have no interest in applying to either... Anyway, Wharton is a part of Upenn, but many put it in a league of its own because its so good. Wharton just sounds so much better than Upenn to the regular guy... Well, it is.

UPenn is not UPenn, it's Penn. Note the distinct lack of 'U'
