Wharton chances

Hey guys, I am a junior in an extremely competitive private school. Its a Jewish school so I take Hebrew/ Jewish classes as well as secular courses. My school is farley new (5 years), but many kids have been accepted to the Ivy Leagues, as well as, other top colleges. My school doesn’t rank. I love business and have loved it for many years. I want to go into trading, and then I hope to be able to manage my own hedge fund. Please read my stats and tell me if I stand a chance for Wharton or if I can do anything to increase those chances. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Applying to:
Penn- Wharton – ED

Do I have a chance??

well, if you want to have more than a "reach" chance for Wharton, you definitely need to get your SAT much higher, probably ~2300.

Yeah I am actaully going to study for the may/june test. I dont know about 2300, but I think if i really tried I can get like 2200-2250. A kid in my school got in with less than 2100, but then again he is the school president's son. My school does have good relations with Penn though.

oh, you should also plan on doing well on SATIIs. Try for >750s and you should have a competitive chance.

Yeah I am going to study hard for those.

Does anyone else have any advice?
