<p>This has some interesting implications. Harker was a great dean, but after all, he's only been there for a few years, since 2000 I believe. I doubt that it will have much of an effect on the school overall - Gutmann and the rest should be keeping a careful watch on the new dean's management, whomever he or she is.</p>
