Leadership position: senior counselor (2011), promotion to head counselor for 2012, my employer knows me very well and wrote me an additional letter of rec.</p>

Both fantastic and very very personal. One is from physics teacher who has her doctorate. </p>

<p>Essays:
very well written and personal </p>

<p>I spoke with an admissions rep very personally at a small Penn info session, and she gave me some advice. So I wrote an update letter to my regional admissions officer. </p>
