Wharton external transfer. Need a 3rd (or 4th) opinion!

Hey everyone,

I am applying to Wharton as a transfer. I am also applying to Haas, McIntire, Sloan, Ross, and one other safety school.

I go to Belmont University in Nashville. 4.0 GPA, Great teacher rec's, International Business club and SIFE (students in free enterprise), excellent (in my opinion) essays, etc, etc.

Ill be almost a junior after next semester. I transfered into Belmont but I don't like it one bit, so it's a sticky situation for me.

I have heard that it is next to impossible to transfer into Wharton from anywhere other than top tier schools. Is this true?

Either way, Im applying. I just want to know if Im guaranteed a rejection or if it is just overwhelmingly likely. haha

If anyone has advice that would help me, I would much appreciate it! Could i use my double-transfer situation as some sort of benefit, perhaps?

'Sup!!!

There you are! Haha

I’m doing pretty good. Just littering CC with “Chance me” threads. Same ole’! haha

What are you up to?

I’m doing pretty good. Just littering CC with “Chance me” threads.
Same ole’!
haha

+panicking+editing people’s essays (worst. idea. EVER)

Oh man…I feel you.

I just saw your “1000th post” thread, by the way.

Don’t worry. I have no life either. But instead of posting new threads, I just read and re-read existing threads until my eyes bleed. Im gunning for Wharton hard…but I’m expecting a “reject” letter.

Haha.

I’m going to get rejected =(

Me too man, me too. A few days ago I realized that I would likely be considered a Junior transfer…so I’m completly screwed.

Our only hope is that they, by some miracle, see some quality in our applications that they can not deny. That is my only hope.

Who are the people who are accepted, anyways? Do they even exist? haha
