Hi I'm a high school senior trying to decide what I want to do with my life. As of now, I could probably go to a public institution completely free. I've been trying to decide whether, if I even get in, it's worth it to pay all that money to attend Wharton or if it would be a better decision to go in state. Any thoughts/insight from any current student or alumni would be greatly appreciated!

As a student who would have been paying only 20,000 at my state university for a top ten business school, I chose to pay about 200,000 for the number one. If moneys an issue, go to your state school. If it’s not as big as a deal, there is no place better than Wharton.

I was deciding between MD for free and Wharton for full price. I’m at Wharton because:
- I chat with representatives from top firms
- I chat with smartest kids in the world
- I am getting a degree widely considered the equivalent of an MBA
- I am first in line for any and all finance jobs

Ok. Thanks for the help! Anyone else?

From a career standpoint, choosing a state school over Wharton would be a very bad decsion
