Next year I'll be attending Oxford College at Emory University, and I know there's a good chance I will love it and want to stay, but I also want to keep my options open and make sure I meet the right transfer requirements if I do want to transfer. It says on the website that you have to either have a 5 in AP CALC BC or the equivalent to Math 104. I'm unfamiliar with the US system (international student), so is Maths 104 a universal syllabus sort of thing taken at all universities or is it specific for Penn?

Also is there any legacy advantage while transferring? My dad went to Wharton, and to be honest it has been my dream since I was like 5 years old, no joke.

My high school predicted grades (I do the IB and British system, not the US so no GPA) were not great, but my actual scores will be much higher (37/45 to hopefully a 40 or 40+), which I'm sure is one of the reasons I didn't get in the first time. I can also resit my ACT and achieve a higher grade. My ECs are good: organized music festivals, play 3 instruments to Grade 8 standard, school executive comittee, house captain, lots of service, and Oxford College at Emory provides LOADS of leadership and service oppurtunities. I am also doing work experience with a Wharton Alum this summer, so I can get a letter of reccomendation as well. What do you think my chances are, if my college GPA is ok?

Sorry for the ridiculously long message, but any help would be appreciated especially from people who know of transfer students into Wharton?

Haha anways, thankss!!
