Wharton transfer

Hi, I am a freshman attending uni in Asia and i’m interested in transferring to Wharton next year as a junior.
I have all the test scores (SAT 2300+, 3 800’s for SAT II) i need but I wanted to know if my college EC’s would significantly boost my chance of getting in.

  • S&T Internship at a local boutique investment bank for 2 months
  • Expected to do a research assistant at Bain next break for 2 months
  • Member of investment group at school and currently managing one of the three funds they have.

Oh and I’ll probably have another banking internship by the time i apply

@bostonnn your scores and work experience are great, but there are many kids with your scores or even better scores and work experience, especially asian kids, trying to transfer. So while you definitely have a very good chance you need to start thinking how to differentiate yourself from all others.

It is very hard to transfer into Wharton, but if it is what you really want, then give it a shot.
