wharton vs M&T

still need to decide between the two for ED. not really sure what "engineering" entails, i hate physics, but am interested in something like cognitive science, so it seems ambiguous.

and with an unusually strong entrepreneurial background—the only reason i'm going to school is to build up my skill set even further / network—which program seems more suitable? (i.e. i don't care about job placement, prestige, blah blah blah)

and how much work does M&T entail for somebody who procrastinates but gets the job done?

Also, I'm Filipino, does that at all hurt my chances?

in the words of an M&T student I met (paraphrasing): “M&T students are largely engineers with a passion and aptitude for business”
I would apply to Wharton in your situation, it seems like a better fit. Plus, cognitive science classes would be in the college, not the school of engineering and applied science(SEAS), so you could take them without restriction as a Wharton student.
