What about pre-9/11 vets?

<p>I have seen colleges give discounted tuition or in-state tuition to post 9/11/2001 vets and their dependents. Are you aware of any colleges that give the dependents of disabled vets' discounts on tuition if the veteran served before 9/11/2001. I am specifically interested in those that benefit the dependents of veterans.</p>

<p>Also, any colleges also offer these benefits for graduate school?</p>

<p>Not sure about Maryland, but here in California all children of veterans with a service connected disability rated at least 0 percent get a tuition waiver to all California public colleges.</p>
