What about this math review book?

I am sure a number of CCers have looked at or used most of the review books on the market. Has anyone used The New Math SAT Game Plan by Philip Keller?

In general terms, most books preparing for the math sections of the SAT are pretty good and should be helpful. This book is not very expensive and is probably worth adding to one’s collection. It’s a good to remember that source books are to be used as references, and not as the basis of one’s preparation.

Fwiw, the advice on guessing is one the most solid I have seen, and a WONDERFUL departure from the misleading “If you can eliminate one or two answers, you should guess” that is offered ad nauseam.

I used BARRON’S Math Workbook. It helped me to raise my Math score from 460 to 690.

Thank you Xiggi for your comments on the book. I agree with your assessment on the guessing advice.
