<p>Berekeley, virginia, michigan ann arbor, U WI madison are the bests ?</p>
<p>then UCLA, UCSD and so on..</p>
<p>TCNJ, William and Mary, UNC-CH, Cornell(public aided)</p>
<p>Chapelhill is much better than wisconsin.</p>
