What ACT score do I need?

<p>to get into Brandeis what ACT score do i need? what is the minimum score i need, considering i have good grades and will get great recs? </p>

<p>Stats so far:
SAT1-Did not take and not planning on taking
SAT2-Biology M-570
ACT-24 hopefully will be raised to 26-28 range </p>

<p>GPA 4.50 </p>

<p>i am a terrible test taker, but will get better </p>

<p>do i have a shot of getting in?</p>

<p>I'm sorry to say, but a 570 on an SAT II is dismal. Raise it.
And your ACT to at least a 30.</p>

<p>Not necessarily... I got in with a 27 ACT.</p>

<p>Granted, my ECs were broad, my essay was amazing, and I have 9 high school courses in foreign language, which padded everything else.</p>

<p>^ yea, you're a unique case and you had a lot going for you.
But it really isn't advisable to apply with such low scores.</p>

<p>I got in with a 28, but i applied ED had a great essay and an additional why brandeis thing....lots of ec's 30 is best but you can get in with lower.......or not get in with higher you never know</p>

<p>I took 7 classes of Spanish (plus 2 years in middle school) and 2 classes of French. Pretty common at my school.</p>
