During the real SAT, am I allowed to bring a digital timer that beeps when time is up? I need to pace myself properly if I am to get a good score. Do proctors even hint at the time remaining?

You are not allowed to bring anything that will make noise, unfortunately. However, every proctor I’ve had has given a five minute warning on the sections.

Just bring a chrono watch that counts up and check it after every 10 questions or so.

You are not allowed to have anything that beeps, including a watch that beeps normally on the hour. They will confiscate it and report you.

If you have a timer on your watch, if it is silent no one will mind.

Proctors should give a 5 minute warning, but they also have to write the start & stop time on the board and tell you how many minutes you have when you start, and there is always a clock. So you ought to be able to figure it out on your own as well.
