Wensday my allergies kicked in and I would have a runny and sometimes stuffed up nose. Thursday I run with the Cross Country team in 100 degree weather, and Friday I'm feeling so bad I skip practice. Continuing with Friday I've felt somewhat weak, and have a lack of energy. I'm drinking and eatting fine, and didn't fall asleep on Friday till about midnight. Saturday(today) I've been just taking it easy, and decided to not run with the Cross Country team again, due to not feeling well still. What am I sick with?

I don't know any specific disease, but it sounds like you're under a lot of stress and your immune system caved under. Under those situations, I usually get a bloody nose and that tells me I have to slow down. Don't run in the heat. Drink lots of fluids. Traditional advice, but it works. The heat's probably getting to you.

maybe a cold or a virus or something. also, as tkm256 said, stress probably isn't helping either. just eat healthy foods, drink lots of juice and water, take some flu/cold/allergy medicine, and rest well.

also change all your bed sheets, towels, and pillow cases in case it is a virus or bacteria or something like that. or clean your room if your allergies are acting up.

i'm no doctor, so i'm sure 90% of what i just said is useless, but it's what i do if i get sick. god i hate being sick. i feel your pain.

If the runny/stuffy nose keeps up for more than a week and a half or so, it could be a sinus infection. But do what the others said, get plenty of rest and good food. No chocolate or skydiving.
