<p>I am trying to evaluate what Syracuse offers in merit based aid. If you received merit based aid, how much did you get? Please don't count need based aid.</p>

<p>I didn't get any merit aid with a B+/A- average from one of the top private schools in New York and a 2030 sAT.</p>
<p>Is there a way to check this online or does it come in the mail? Did it come with our acceptance packages because I didn't see it.</p>
<p>A2Wolves6, it comes in the mail separately. I was told that all financial aid offers,which include both merit and need based aid, should arrive by April 1.</p>

<p>Sorry, I wasn't clear, mine was $16,000 a year, just like Bill's. He and I heard when we learned we did not get the Coronat Scholarship.</p>

<p>My daughter was accepted to Newhouse and just today received an $8,000 per year scholarship and an invitation to join the Renee Crown University Honors Program. We hadn't heard of this before and it sounds exciting!</p>
<p>I received $12,000/year for Architecture (founder's scholarship), which seems very stingy compared to my other offers--even the uber-tight Pratt offered me more merit aid!</p>

<p>I just got a letter that says they gave me a $12000 per year Founders scholarship but it doesn't say anything about any other financial aid. Does that come in a seperate letter? Is the $16,000 you guys got scholarship per year? The scholarship site just lists a 6/8/$12,000 scholarship. So what is the $16,000 one called?</p>

<p>i'm an international student so wasn't elligable for financial aid, but was happy to hear i got the Founder's Scholarship for $12000 per year and $4000 per year Portfolio Scholarship at the School of Art</p>

<p>I'm not sure how I got this amount. The Founders $12000 I knew about, but the other $4000 was something called a University Scholarship. I hadn't read anything about that, but I will take it!!</p>
