What and When?

I'm currently taking Advanced Algebra, (known as Math III Honours at my school) and I'm signed up for AP Stats next year.

What SAT II test should I plan on taking, and when should I be taking it? Can I take it multiple times?

As a bit of background info, I am planning on eventually taking Advanced Calc as a Senior.

Assuming "Advanced Algebra" is the equivalent of a Precalc course, you should take Math II after completing the course. However, if Advanced Algebra is simply Algebra II, you should wait until after you take precalc before taking the II. Generally speaking, it is not a good idea to take Math I, since it has a much harsher curve. What are you learning in your math class? Have you been exposed to sin, cos, csc, sec, and the like?

Yes, we have completed all periodic functions, matrices, logs, advanced concepts with polynomials, etc. and currently are studying concepts that would regularly be taught in a statistics course.

Then I would say that you are fine, take it right before the school year ends, such as in june or july 2009, or as soon as you come back from the summer in september, if you feel a need to study over the summer.

thank you so much! I appreciate the advice.
