What AP Classes should I take?

I'm currently a junior and I have yet to take any AP classes and want to take them next year.
These are the AP classes that my school offers:
Biology
Calculus (I have not taken Pre-Calculus)
Chemistry
English Literature and Composition
French Language (I don't plan on continuing after French 3)
Human Geography (only through recommendation)
Spanish Language (I don't take Spanish)
Statistics
US Gov. and Politics (I have not taken regular US Gov yet)
US History (Terrible teacher)

I'm also able to take AP Psych, European History, and Macro and Micro Economics online. I plan on taking both Economics classes and they are both two terms each.
If it helps, my school goes by block scheduling, which means classes are 90 minutes, you have four classes per day, and a normal year long class is only two terms. This is my list of Classes for next year without AP courses: Contemporary Literature, An English elective, US Gov, 2 art classes, PE and Conceptual Physics. I need all these classes besides art to graduate. I need the two art classes for National Art Honor Society Each class is one term, except AP classes (excluding Econ and Human Geo) are three terms. I can have a max of 16 classes, 4 per term, but I would like 2 empty so I can TA.

I am also open to taking classes through self study. I plan on self studying Environmental Science, but I need another recommendation for another class to self study for.
Any help on any of this is great.
