What AP Science Class Should I take Senior Year?

I am currently confused on which AP Science class to take next year. I will provide what the rest of my courseload will look like if that helps. I want to study pre-med in college, with hopes of being a doctor, or a physician assistant as a backup. If anyone knows any good colleges in NY please let me know your suggestions. I applied to all four AP science classes and got into my top two choices, AP Biology and AP Physics. I also would like to take physics before college. If I took AP Biology, I would take Honors Physics along with it.

Freshmen Year - Advanced Physical Science(basically a combination of basic physics and chemistry in on year)
Sophomore Year - Honors Bio and Science Research - Grade: 97
Junior Year - Honors Chemistry, Sports Physiology and Kinesiology, and Science Research - 97 in both

My course load for Senior Year:

AP Psychology
Poetry and Gothic Literature
Human Anatomy
Calculus Honors
Marine Biology
Science Research
Photography
Computer Graphics

Choice #1 - AP Physics with science electives such as Marine Biology and Anatomy
Choice #2 - AP Bio and Honors Physics. No science electives :(.

I am just unsure as to whether I should take AP Physics and AP Bio.

For AP Bio - the teacher doesn’t really teach that much so many students say you have to teach yourself everything.
AP Physics - the teacher is alright, but a lot of kids struggle with this class.

Take AP Bio+ honors physics.
In addition, take a social science (honors or ap) such as AP world or ap gov or ap econ (or an honors version).
Have you reached level 3 or above in a foreign language?

Yes and I am dropping language because after this year I will have taken spanish for three years and the regents. AP Psychology counts as a social Studies Department class in my school.

Just be aware that not all colleges consider psychology to be one of the 4 core ‘history/social science’.
