I would probably take away Computer Science A because no one really takes it (they always take AB) and virtually no colleges accord credit for it. Sorry if that was a bit harsh, and my information isn't verified so I could be wrong.

I know this isn't part of the question, but I would definitely add a Philosophy exam. That was one of the first things I noticed the AP program lacked.

I think only one english exam is necessary, and Lit is just strange, because it has no real merit. "Analyze the symbols" is so...dumb.

Get rid of AP Eng. Lit.

Why would you get rid of Euro hist, vs. world hist? I took the class, and I liked the focus in that area, because it's really where our founding ancestry came from, and aptly leads to US history rather nicely, because a lot of Euro's current history coincides with ours.

I was thinking Comp Sci also. Not many people take the class so like why have it? AB might be enough. European History might not be needed because in my class atleast we learned so much about Europe and spent only a little time on other places.

ap psychology really has no relevance what so ever when compared to 1st year course at college, Come on u can read a book the night before and regurgitate 100 MC questions..

I'm in the IB and I couldn't choose between Philosophy or Econ for my group 3 subject, so then I found out that there isn't an AP philosophy, so I took IB philo, and I will self-study AP econ..

i agree with robbyg
if one ap course is easy for you, it may be hard for another
i hate ap european history but i love ap biology
and my friends have it the opposite way
yes, i'd probably get rid of ap comp science A

I do not think that AP Art History should be joined with the 3 AP Studio Art coruses, but I do feel its kinda dumb to have 3 AP Studio Art courses with names of AP Drawing Portfolio, AP 2d Art, AP 3d Art....thats lame...it should be one course called AP Studio Art...but u guys also have to realize...at colleges, they give credit by the semesters....so AP Computer Science A is equivalent to a first semester computer science class in a college....you have to take the view point of colleges actually giving credits....making AP Calculus AB and AP Calculus BC into just AP Calculus really doesnt help when a college is tryign to award u for first semester credit or both semesters.

Well, that's why there are scores. If I get a 3, that is worth one semester, and a 4 or 5 is worth 2.

There's just too little content in AP statistics. If possible, all of the AP tests should be combined into one Brobdingnagian, 72 hour test. It would be on a grading scale of 0 to 1.
