I’m talking about the non-required ones that people take, possibly to improve college apps (regardless of whether or not it helps or should be done, I’m just curious).
So far I’ve seen AMC 8/10/12 but what else?

Hunh? People aren’t taking non-required tests to look good for college apps – where did you hear that? They’re actually doing constructive things…
Well, people should take the AMCs/AIME/USAMO if they like math and want to improve their problem solving skills, not just for the purpose of looking good on a college application.
while I agree with both of you, the majority of students in such programs or tests are merely dabblers, not enthusiasts of the subject, and more so wish to “look better”
regardless, aside from AMC, physics, chemistry, and biology olympiad tests, what other popular ones are there?
Those tests you named aren’t for college admissions or even college credits; they’re used for selection of the U.S. Olympiad team for the respective subject.
Yes, what other ones are there like this?
