S3 is interested in study abroad taught in English or Spanish that could also allow him to fulfill some of his computer science support classes for his data science minor - or some statistics classes. What programs offer a reasonably rich offering in CS or STATS?

Is your son currently at university in the US? If so, have they looked at what programs are offered through his university?
One problem I see here is that there are so many universities abroad that it is hard to know where to start. However, he is going to need to verify from his home university what sort of credits he will get towards his degree.
