What are colleges with good alumni networks

Hello
I heard some colleges have really great alumni networks and close relationship between students and professors.
I suppose IVY league universities have great alumni but what about more accessible colleges?
From what I was told, College of William and Mary does have better network than Yale University does. Is it true?
Nd What are some more colleges with great alumni networks?

It seems to me that most top colleges have strong alumni networks. It also depends on what you want in a network. A college with bigger class sizes than Yale might have a broader network, but very few schools are going to have alumni as highly placed as Yale graduates, for example. Very small schools obviously have fewer grads – but sometimes they are more closely bonded to their school. You question is also a bit confusing – your title is about alumni networks, but then you talk about student/professor relationships as well in your first sentence. Those are not the same things…

If I were you I would not worry a ton about the alumni network. However, know that many colleges have a more regional appeal. If you cross the country to attend college, you probably won’t find many alumni to network with back in your home state if you want to move back after college.

Colgate and Bucknell claim to have strong alumni networks. Is there a way of measuring such things that schools make public?

Endowment?
