I’ve just taken 3 Subject Tests and I predict the following.
Biology 780 - 800
Math 1 720 - 770
Math 2 700 - 760
I’m pretty sure my score will land within these parameters. Are they good or I need to retake?

Well, you wasted your time and money by taking M1 and M2. Aside from that, the scores look fine, but you’d be better served asking your question when you have actual scores.
Agree, re-post with actual scores. And the question of “if they are good” depends entirely on what schools you plan to apply to and what the rest of your application looks like.
I didn’t really waste my time tho, I’ve taken math 1 and 2 with no preparation at all and see which is the higher to send to colleges as my math score @skieurope
@Suly99. Who cares which math score is higher? Just take biology and math II.
770 Math I < 760 Math II
There is very little curve for Bio so you must have not missed more than 1 or 2 to expect such a high score. Don’t be disappointed if that is not the case. It depends on where you are applying if the predicted scores are within the range they typically have for accepted students.
For good colleges(ranked 25th or better ones), I think a good M2 score should be 800, since they give a very generous curve. But bio is very hard, so I guess a 720 is sufficient
