<p>our film program';s literally the best in the world tho- lol actually interlochen came over to visit idyllwild, and our department head told them that we have like a coffeehouse or something so now theyre supposedly trying to one-up us or something. haha</p>

local public high school - still waiting about courses for next year, but i am pretty sure i am in... :P

stats: 2376 ssat (99% in all), straight As at private school, play very competetive tennis, XC, swimming, and water polo. take 3 extracurricular languages. no legacy. </p>

<p>SPS doesn't have a swim team or water polo. I'm sure you are qualified academically but they figured the school wouldn't be as good of a fit for you as Deerfield and that you would prob get accepted to Deerfield anyway. </p>
<p>Fit is important - I think the schools think about this and SPS did you a favor.</p>

<p>@ pcbene: Exeter also has blairt. If, as you say, Andover's rep is better than Exeter's is it appreciably better? Anyway, you're a young man in need of a couple revisits. I bet your decision will crystallize for you then.</p>
