What do you mean by “good”? What are you hoping to get out of it? Are you hoping to get college credit? Can you afford to pay?
There are plenty of summer programs out there. Many are very good experiences, with lessons taught by the professors at the colleges where the programs are held. In most cases, though, they are not affiliated with the college that hosts them, and they are not a tip for college applications.
The few that do look good on college applications are highly competitive and tend to be sponsored (free or nearly so to participants).
But if you are just looking to spend a summer in the USA, you’ll have plenty of choices.
QCSYS at U of Waterloo
Yale Young Global Scholars (YYGS) is a good one and has both STEM and non-STEM programs you can choose from. It is open to international students and every year they have students from more than 100 countries.
