Few weeks ago, I got a thick McGill University Calender that has Undergrad programs. In the cover, it says "MacDonald Campus celebrating 100 years". I was just curious about MacDonald Campus... and went online and found there was another campus called "downtown" campus... how are they different?

The Downtown campus is where you will most likely be studying, this is where pretty much everything is located the McDonald Campus is about a 30 min drive west, it's a the campus for agricultural studies or something like that i highly doubt you'll even ever see the McDonald Campus during your stay at McGill

MacDonald Campus houses the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and the School of Dietetics... school of enivornment students would have classes there as would anyone pursuing human nutrition/plant science etc.

Could anyone studying there provide some descriptions, comments and / or perceptions about the settings, including all non-academic aspects, of McDonald Campus?

Thank you a lot,

There are about 4 people on the Mac campus.
...joking.

The only girl I know from that campus says that while sh enjoys having a smaller community she comes to the city every weekend because there's really not much to do over there.

Thank you lennni for the reply.

Do you know if McGill provides shuttle bus service between McDonald Campus and Downtown Campus?

Yeah there is a free shuttle service. I'm not sure how many times a day it runs, though.
