what are my cahaces???

My name is Igor and I'm from Serbia and Montenegro (ex Yugoslavia).
In short, my biography:

I'm 18 years old and I'm the 4. grade in Mathematical high school. This is the best school in our country. GPA 5.00 out of 5. Rank Top 10%.
I won the silver medal in Junior Balkan Mathematical Olympiad in Romania 2002 and bronze medal in IMO 2005.
I have many awards in mathematical and physics competition, in my country, for last 3 years. I'm one of the best.
I didn't work Sat yet, but my calculations are
SAT verbal about 650-700, math 800,
SAT subject physics 750-800, math II 750-800.
I play basketball for 2 years and practice sport dance for 5 years. For several times I was in top 10 in state competition(dancing). I'm also good in handball. I'm in debate school club and I'm one of the best in my country. I won first prise for best speaker and lead my team to first place in International tournament in Croatia, and I will also participate as a representative of my country on International debate tournament in Stuttgart (Germany)(european chamionship)
I have volunteer work.
I want to study bussines, economy or math, I didn't decide yet.
I don't have money to pay, so I need scholaship.
Could you tell me what are my chances for harvard

i meant chances

You will have to take three sat 2's (you only listed 2). You will also have to take the writing section of the new sat, since you didn't take the old one. Considering that your scores are as high as you predicted, you should have a good chance (about 50%) because of the IMO bronze.

Also, I would have someone good in english edit your essays, as I see numerous grammatical/spelling errors in your post.

umm...igor do you know dimif and sehovic? It seems that all of you all 18 and in grade 4..

If I don’t have any sort of writing score, am I basically screwed?

You look pretty good on paper, but as somebody already said you need to work on your english. Sooner or later whether it be on the SAT, essay, or interview someone is going to penalize you in the admissions process for poor english grammar. My guess, the SAT, an entire section is devoted to english grammar

are 650-700 on reading and 700 on writing that bad.

after all i have 3 more months for january

no I think it's pretty good, that's what I got, but if you haven't taken it yet how do you know>

i did few unoffical ones

hey, can you recomend me concidering my ambition, some safety colleges with need blind for international

please!!!!

International is always tough because you are the only group on which universities set limits. If your math and science ability is especially strong-it seems to be very impressive- your english may be overlooked. (Which languages do you speak?)
I would work on English prepositions and word order (something I noticed to be a problem from your post.) No one expects you to write poetry, but these are two grammar points that sound very wrong to a native english-speaker.
I think you could be accepted because of your math ability, and I hope bringing those two aspects of grammar to your attention will help.

Good luck!

well actualy, i didn't write this post, but i really do have some problems with english (my speling is catastrophic)
but nobody said anything about debate, i thought that would be a bigger factor in my aplication

Don't worry, everyone I talk to who knows english as a second language has trouble with spelling. Actually, I have some trouble too. :)

Debate, especially on the scale that you debate, is a big deal. It can only help. I still think you have a good chance, but then again, no one can be sure. I wouldn't say you're gaurenteed acceptance or rejection. You, like so many others, are a strong candidate, but admissions can go either way.
