What are my chance? Feeling down about decision? Next step?

Okay so here’s my situation:
I’m an African American senior in Illinois (Chicago Suburb) wanting to study Bioengineering or Biomedical Engineering.
I applied to the following: Purdue, University of Illinois at Urbana-Chapiagn, University of Illinois at Chicago, University of Minnesota, University of Michigan, University of Wisconsin and Case Western.
I had a 3.82 Weighted GPA when I applied and a 28 ACT.
I am an Eagle Scout and have a lot more extracurricular activities with leadership roles in most.
I made it into University of Illinois at Chicago will a scholarship and honors college.
I was deferred at UIUC, University of Michigan and Case Western.
I was waitlisted for Purdue.
I am waiting on University of Wisconsin and University of Minnesota.
My seventh semester GPA was a 4.175/4: Classes: AP Calculus, AP Art History, AP Environmental Science, English, Government/Consumer Economics, PLTW (Weighted).

UIUC and Case Western: You still have a good shot at getting in RD. 35 - 45% chance?
Michigan: I’d expect a rejection, based solely on your weak ACT.
Purdue: A good number of people who got into Purdue will probably go elsewhere, so you could get in off the waitlist. Don’t count on it, though.
Wisconsin: High match to low reach. 30 to 45% chance.
Minnesota: Solid match. At least a 45% chance of acceptance.

Wait until you’ve heard back from everyone, and remember that where you go is wayyy less important than what you learn and the credentials you gain. Good financial aid and the honors college at UIC isn’t something to take lightly just because it’s not in Ann Arbor.

Thank you for your response. Happy that you said I have a high match and solid match with Minnesota and Wisconsin,

I was sadly rejected from University of Wisconsin-Madison. :((

Waitlisted for minnesota fml
