What are my chance for getting into UC Davis, UC Santa Barbra, UC Irvine, and UCR?

im a senior
My sat is really low... at 1350, but im re-taking it in this sat.
460 in critical reading
450 in math
440 in writing
im taking the act in december and subject test in math level 2
My GPA is a 3.55 weighted
I'm president of the avid club, treasurer of a community service club, and captain of my schools very successful marching band.
I know my sat. and grades aren't the best, but i really well rounded in everything else, my personal statement explains a lot of my academic struggle and i currently take AP psych. AP lit. and AP econ.

Yeah, I’d say that your best chance is to write some killer personal statements.Riverside is probably your best match, but Davis, SB, and Irvine are reaches. If you have a really good explanation as to why you had a hard time academically (like having to take care of family members, having to work constantly, etc.), you could get in. Never count yourself out based on your GPA and scores alone! Good luck. :)

Definitely apply and write your best essay but know, unless you are eligable as a ‘top 9%’ from your area, it’s probably not going to happen.

I really think you are a better candidate for CSUs. Even some of them, (SDSU, SLO and probably CSULB, Fullerton and Chico) are probably out of reach.

How about Sonoma, SJSU(depending on major) and maybe Pomona or Channel Islands down south?
