Also here’s a list of others schools I’m applying to:

UPitt
Rutgers
Johns Hopkins
Boston University
Northeastern
CMU
George Washington
UCLA
Berkeley
UCR

What are my chances for those? I’m applying to the CAS for bio in all of them btw

Also, my high school is one of the top 10 in my state and has a really rigorous curriculum, if that helps

Also, family income is around $600k, don’t know if that hinders my chances or not

You have a low GPA for these schools that you’re applying to, though your test scores are good. Does your school rank so we can get an idea of where you stand with your classmates? Also what state are you in, this will make predictions for the public state schools you’re applying to.
I think that Hopkins is a bit of dream and you likely will not be admitted (sorry).
CMU will be likely a high reach for you.

You should be able to get into Rutgers and you shouldn’t have much problem with UPitt, no problem though college admissions can be unpredictable.
I think you stand a decent chance at GWU.
For Berkeley and UCLA, this might depend on if you’re a California resident or not. Your test scores are on par, but your GPA is low for even in-state applicants. But i would say it is a high reach or dream, though I hear that the UC system has their own GPA scale that I do not understand. And I think that you’re pretty solid for UCR.
As for BU, Northeastern and NYU, again your GPA is hurting you but your ACT score is good for them. Applying ED to NYU will give you a better chance, but remember that it is binding if you are admitted.
Your ECs are very good and they may be able to make up for your GPA at some of the schools and increase your chances, though since college admissions are so unpredictable-especially with the schools you’re applying to-it would be hard to say anything for sure. Also, knowing your class rank may change things as well.
I’m sorry if I was harsh at all.

Thanks for the input! And my school doesn’t rank, unfortunately. Also, I’m a New Jersey resident.
But yeah, the schools I’m the most serious about are NYU, BU and Northeastern

So if NYU is really your first choice then applying ED probably is best, BU also does ED, too if you prefer that over NYU, but I’m thinking NYU is your first choice considering it is tone you mentioned first.
BU does have an ED 2, so if you end up being denied from NYU ED, then you may still have enough time to apply for ED 2 (the deadline is January 3rd). Also Northeastern has EA, I’m not sure if applying EA increases your chances to a school but your GPA likely will not increase drastically after the first semester so maybe apply EA at Northeastern?
If you aren’t accepted to any of this I think you should have no problem with Rutgers as a safety or even UCR, just make sure that you would be happy attending these schools if need be.
I’m interested in several of the same schools as you! Do you think you can chance me back? Thank you.

“Applying ED to NYU … is binding if you are admitted” if you did NOT apply for financial aid." Applying ED to NYU does NOT increase your chance of admission (but at many/most schools it does).

You’re unique and have good test scores but unfortunately GPA is going to kill you.

UPitt - Match
Rutgers - Match
Johns Hopkins - Far Reach
Boston University - Reach
Northeastern - Match
CMU - Far Reach
George Washington - Match
UCLA - Reach
Berkeley - Reach
UCR - Match

Apply ED to the school you are most committed to.

Chance me?
