Dear andreawaldorf,

As alumnus and parent of a current student, I would like to respond to your enquiry. If financially your family is able to support you thru Rosey then that’s fine. If you get good grades then you are probably qualified.

If you are coming from an American system you may find yourself in an awkward situation since Rosey has become almost exclusively an IB school (along with the French Bac). Preparation for IB start 2 years (Grade 9 & 10) before the actual IB program (Grade 11 & 12). It’s very tough to come in at Grade 10 with one year to prepare for the 2-year IB program. That’s the reason school rarely accepts students for the final years.

Good luck,
