What are my chance?

<p>Hi everyone! I am going to be a senior this year, and wanted to get some feedback on what you guys think of my chances are at getting into some schools (listed below). I have a GPA of 3.5 and I am in the top 10% of my class, which is public and quite large. Arizona resident. In the hardest AP course load at my school.</p>

<p>Here are some scores:
SAT verbal: 560 math:610 writing: 560 (planning to re-take it, I will do much better because I have been studying this whole summer)
AP (let's just say not memorable)</p>

<p>Activities:
I have been in March of Dimes for three years and I am going to be a co-president this coming year
I tutor a kid for about an hour a week in math
I am a member of NHS
I am in Aca Deca (Academic Decathalon)
And in the summer I volunteer, (3 hours for 1 day a week; two previous summers) and (4 hours for 3 days a week this summer) at a local hospital
Last but not least I have been on the yearbook staff for two years and I am an editor</p>

<p>Possible Advantages:
I am african american
I am a legacy of two parents at Stanford University ( I know it's a long shot though)</p>

<p>Ooops! sorry I did this very late at night. The colleges I am possibly thinking about are:
1. NYU
2. U of Chicago
3. Syracuse University
4. Stanford University (only because of legacy, def. reach)
5. Pepperdine
6. Lafayette
7. Lehigh
8. Boston University</p>

<p>p.s- nothing is set in stone yet</p>
