What are my chances and how can I improve them?

I am currently a sophomore in high school and I am starting to look into undergraduate business schools. I would be interested to find out how i can improve my chances of being accepted into a top business school such as Wharton.
My cumulative unweighted GPA is a 96.5 (based on the 100 point scale), and I rank in the top 3% of my class. By the time I graduate I will have taken 6 AP courses (AP English Language and Composition, AP English Literature and Composition, AP Physics, AP American History, AP European History, and AP Calculus I) I will have taken 3 honors class (Physics, Latin IV, and Trigonometry & Pre-Calculus). I anticipate that my weighted class rank will fall within the top 5 (or the top 2%).
In terms of extracurricular activities I have had several accomplishments.

* I have won my schools science fair my freshman and sophomore years. I have also received a first place medal for the Capital Area Science and Engineering Fair (a regional competition of the Intel ISEF fair), and I will likely win another first place medal this year. Note that a first place is not the same as winning the fair, which is classified as "Grand Champion". It is also somewhat likely I may win the Grand Champion designation this year and move on to the international fair.

 • I was a regional finalist in the Siemens Competition in 2008, a prestigious math and science research competition. In the coming years I will continue to participate in this competition with the hopes of reaching the same or a higher level of the competition.

There are several activities which I am involved in.

* I have been a member of the Student Council Executive Council the last two years, and it is very likely that I will be President of Student Council my senior year.
* I am a mid-level manager of my school's newspaper, and in coming years I may serve as the business manager for the paper.
* I am on my school's debate team. This was my first year on the team so I was in the novice category. In this season I have won several "speaker's awards". I am also a member of the National Forensics League.
* I am a member of the National Honor Society
* I am a member of the Latin National Honor Society
* I compete on my school's golf team. I will have spent two years on JV and 2 years on the varsity team by graduation
* I have been awarded an Academic Letter

I participate in numerous instances of volunteer work through my youth group, such a work at soup kitchens and food banks, and have gone on mission trips with habitat for humanity. However, I do not have any examples of taking a strong leadership role in community service. Although I am sure i will be able to accumulate some examples of this through my role in student council and in National Honor Society.

It is hard to predict what my SAT score will be like, but I anticipate at least 2100.

With this description of my current and future academics, accomplishments, and activities, what do you think I should do in my next two years of high school to improve my chances?

Thanks,
Nathan Heeter

Sounds like you're working hard. For Wharton or another top school, you need to take your honors from school and regional level to national and international level. Also, shoot for a 2250 plus SAT score.
