What are my chances and where should I apply?

Just wanted to know what everyone thinks my reach, safeties and probably schools would be.
Profile:
My GPA is 4.0 Unweighted and 4.29 Weighted.
I am homeschooled but I have a GPA because I am taking my classes through a Accredited and very rigorous Online Program.
I moved to the US form Germany when I was 12.
I own a successful internet business which is strictly run by me, not my parents.
I took one AP in 10th grade and got a 5.
I will take three AP's this year and 4-5 next year.
SAT Scores:
710 Reading (remember, German is my first language)
730 Writing
780 Math

I will also take 3-4 SAT II's in the next months and I do believe that I will do rather well on them.
I will also retake the SAT in October and I believe that my score will improve over the summer.

Extracurricular Activities:
Running my business
ballet since I was 3 years old until I was 16 (had to stop for health reasons)
Tennis since I was 6 with summer camps starting in 10th grade in a rigorous Tennis School in the Czeck Republic where my parents are from.
Recommendations:
I have to get recommendations form my online teachers but also people who know me in person. I expect these to be very good since my Chemistry teacher thinks I am one of the best students she has ever had and I will also receive personal recs. from people who can assess my ablilities and character fairly.

Thanks for all your feedback in advance and remember, I am very new to this college admissions process since in Germany, we don't have this competition, everyone gets a excellent University education for free.

Your SATs are great, especially reading (for ESL). i would go for the top schools! i don't know what you're planning on majoring in, but ..

High Ivy Leagues (Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford, MIT) = Reaches
Mid/Lower Ivy Leagues and other top 30 schools = Matches
Instate public schools/top 50 schools = Safeties

my opinion is kind of inexperienced, but it should give you an idea
