What are my chances as a community school transfer?

Hello everyone, I currently go to a community college in California and applying to colleges this year.

I’m just an average kid with average stats so I’m not hoping much from my reach schools, but still worth a try.

I’m thinking about majoring in mathematics and I will have all my pre reqs done by the spring term before I transfer, but I still do have some general educations I have to yet to finish, but I don’t think this is a problem for most colleges I’m applying to.

My current UC gpa is 3.65 and total gpa is 3.70. Haven’t really done much extracurricular except for part time job and some boxing as an amateur I did while back. But I think I’ll be able to get really good grades this semester and next spring semester as well, so hopefully a upward grade trend will make my application look better?

I think U of Michigan cares little bit about your high school background as well, but I haven’t really done well in high school nor my SAT score is great, so I’m kinda worried about that.

Reach:
UC Berkeley
UCLA
University of Michigan Ann Arbor
UC San Diego

Match:
Cal Poly Slo
UC Irvine
UC Davis

Do you guys think I’ll have any shot at some of the reach schools I’m applying to? I’m really hoping I will be able to get into at least UCSD. Appreciate any feedback left here, thank you for your time!
